great facilities but maintenance needs attention
The pools are spacious and well-maintained. I appreciated the contrasting atmospheres. one pool was serene, perfect for relaxation. The beachside location was beautiful, as the decor created a pleasant vibe.
The room could use some updates to meet higher standards.

I spent 2 nights in a lovely Standard Double Room with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, which was super relaxing. The infinity pool and evening entertainment were perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the receptionist was a bit stern, but don’t let that hold you back—enjoy your stay! 🌊

No bottled water provided in the rooms, which is unusual for coastal locations—most places offer at least a liter for brushing teeth. The lack of a bar near the quieter pool means heavy meals are the only option during lunch, which can be a hassle when all you want is a light snack. The beach itself has significant seaweed issues, limiting swim access unless you walk quite a distance to find cleaner spots.

We had an incredible time enjoying the spacious family room and the well-maintained pools. The restaurant staff was fantastic, particularly Jane, who made our dining experience memorable with delicious pasta and scrumptious seafood at Mapango.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options were a bit repetitive.

The beach views during happy hour were stunning.
My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The room was outdated and the air conditioning barely worked, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The worst part was the lack of effective communication from staff. when I raised my concerns about the issues, I was met with indifference. It felt like they didn't care about my experience at all.

Beautiful Beach and Friendly Staff
I enjoyed my stay for 2 nights in a comfortable Standard Double Room. The views of the ocean from the main pool were stunning, and I particularly appreciated the friendly staff who made my experience memorable. The omelet and pancake sections at breakfast were delicious! However, I found the wifi unreliable at times, which made it difficult to stay connected.
